Linda Schnabel has dedicated over fifteen years to career management and leadership coaching. She holds designations as a Professional Certified Coach, Master Certified Career Strategist, Master Certified Resume Strategist, Master Certified Interview Strategist, and Job and Career Transition Coach.
Linda is a national speaker and writer on topics related to coaching and career transition. She has been featured in various media including the Globe and Mail, the National Post, and Report on Business Television.
Accredited through the International Coach Federation, Linda approaches career and leadership development from a whole life perspective. Certified to administer a number of assessment instruments, including the BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQi), Linda helps to define and enhance leadership competencies for both individuals and teams. With a persuasive and sincere manner, Linda makes it possible for clients to safely explore their personal and professional goals while answering the question, "Who am I and what is my greatest personal contribution?"
Thanks to the network of high-profile industry leaders throughout Canada and Europe, Linda is frequently recruited to collaborate on groundbreaking projects. A valued member of the Center for Right Relationship, she has been trained by the Center’s founders and is currently one of an elite group qualified to use the Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) model.
Eager to act as a mentor and leader in her own field, Linda embraces opportunities where she can have far-reaching impact. As a member of The International Coach Federation’s global team of assessors, Linda evaluates exams for students seeking their credentials in the growing field of professional coaching.
In addition, Linda has the distinction of holding two advisory positions on the board of Career Professionals of Canada: Certification Committee Chair and Learning and Development Committee Chair. In this capacity, she has been awarded for leading the development of three nationally recognized certification programs.
